All sessions and consultations are intended to offer an insight into a person’s personal life as a means of education and support. Services are provided in the form of classes, challenges, replying to comments, live videos, emails, phone calls, Video calls, and any other form of communication made to you. Some services may be recorded and sent to you, or used for educational training purposes in online training courses and/or support video and audio calls. You do understand that no outcome is guaranteed. You agree to permit recordings to be uploaded and shared, publicly for educational and supportive services.

Since references to the future and outcomes are based on potentials, possibilities, and probabilities at the time of the service based on your actions and other people's actions or inactions and due to interpretation as to what was said at the time of the service, you understand that there is no guarantee on the accuracy rate of a class, program, session, or consultation and it is not fortune-telling, nor does this site imply or infer such.

Further, I do not represent that: the service will meet your requirements, the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error free and/or that any results obtained from using the services will be accurate, complete or current.

I or anyone involved with the provision of these services shall not be liable for any damages arising from the inability to use the services or from errors caused by negligence or otherwise. I am not liable for delays in providing information or carrying out obligations due to factors beyond my control. When you sign up for any call, class, session, program, or any other services, you agree that you are using the service at your own risk.

REFUND POLICY – When you purchase a service, you accept the amount charged to you for your service(s), based on your ability to pay.  There are NO refunds for any reason. Even if you are not able to commit to the time, provide email or phone number, utilize live applications or attempt to purchase a service under the age of 18.  If you are not satisfied with the service provided, there is NO refund. When you request a service and are accepted to receive a service, you agree that you are using the service at your own risk.
