Some services may be recorded and sent to you, or used for educational training purposes in online training courses and/or support video and audio calls. You do understand that no outcome is guaranteed. You agree to permit recordings to be uploaded and shared, publicly for educational and supportive services.

REFUND POLICY – When you purchase a service, you accept the amount charged to you for your service(s), based on your ability to pay. There are NO refunds for any reason. Even if you are not able to commit to the time, provide email or phone number, utilize live applications or attempt to purchase a service under the age of 18. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, there is NO refund. When you request a service and are accepted to receive a service, you agree that you are using the service at your own risk.
